In 2024, AIRDXB achieved remarkable growth and unforgettable guest experiences, marked by new partnerships, awards, platform expansions, and a high 90%+ occupancy rate.
In 2024 AirDXB made significant strides by forging new partnerships with Marriott Bon Voy, Blueground, and Alto Vita, and expanding our platform reach to VRBO, Booking.com, Blueground, StayShort.com, and Google Vacation Rentals. Our efforts were recognized with 12 prestigious awards, bringing our total to 15.
We published 6 comprehensive reports, showcasing our industry insights, and achieved a remarkable 300% increase in Owner Relations, supported by our dedicated Account Managers and Property Managers team. Additionally, we moved to a new office to accommodate our growing team, celebrated our 6th birthday, and launched a new website along with an owners portal.
On the guest side, we welcomed 14,449 bookings from guests representing 176 nationalities and saw a 55% increase in our Guest Relations team. Our occupancy rate soared to over 90%, significantly higher than the market average of 57%. Our top guests hailed from United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Russia, India, United States, France, Germany, Canada, Netherlands and Italy.
